BIOGRAPHY
Noleen Melnikov was born in Fiji Islands. At age eight she moved to the U.S.A. She received her Bachelors Degree in Business Technical Management from Devry University in Fremont, CA.
Noleen has always been passionate and fascinated with illustrations, logos, and editing images. After graduation, Noleen got to work as a freelancer. This motivated her to go back to school and further enhance her design skills. As a result, she attended City College of San Francisco and College of San Mateo where she will receive her AA degree in Graphic Design.
